To process your requests, we need your name and email address so we can contact you. If you wish to be contacted by telephone, we need your telephone number and if you request documents by mail, we also need your postal address. We refer to the section ” Right of access to information”.
Name and email address will be saved for sending the Backpack2school newsletter. These newsletters were created to ensure we provide the best possible service to our community. Subscribing to our newsletter also automatically puts you on our regular mailing list, which shares intermittent updates (i.e. contests) on company-wide announcements to our community. All our newsletter subscribers Personal Information is collected and stored in the Mailchimp email marketing platform. We never share our subscriber lists with third parties or outside entities, so all subscriber Personal Information is kept confidential to our internal team. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via a link on the newsletter page on the Backpack2school website. In addition, a link to unsubscribe is sent with every newsletter.
